SBS was founded in 1978. David Barter and Phil Cooper purchased the company in 2010 having worked closely with the previous owners over many years.
Since taking over the company Dave and Phil have enjoyed ever increasing success with Company's such as; Ellmers, Modus, Powells, Peldon Rose, Interclass, Prada and Ralph Lauren among our regular list of clients. All of these Clients have been with us since 2010 and most have been with SBS longer than that.
SBS has many years of experience with the challenge of modern day construction but also the added challenge of construction in London and the City of London. We are comfortable dealing with not only our Clients, their site management teams and Quantity Surveyors but also the Architects and Engineers involved in a project; including producing working drawings and solutions for approval on DWG and PDF format.
Health and Safety is of paramount importance to us, our RAMS and training are dealt with in a efficient manner with our operatives regularly participating in courses to ensure a safe practice of work is maintained at all times.
We always strive to complete a project on time and budget, and where issues arise will seek to propose a cost effective solution for approval from our clients team.
